Two Unique Self Contained Character Office Suites in Leeds City Centre

This branding and design project focused on honouring the heritage of a historic Masonic building while giving it a fresh, contemporary identity. Inspired by the architectural details - particularly the ceiling’s geometric forms - we developed a repeat pattern used across marketing collateral. By combining circular and diamond motifs, we created a stylised interpretation of the all-seeing eye, subtly referencing the Freemasons' concept of the "Great Architect of the Universe."

Care was taken to balance symbolism with accessibility, allowing subtle nods to the building’s Masonic origins without feeling overly religious. This narrative also aligned with the client’s role as both architect and custodian of the space. The brand story and visual language blend heritage with modernity to create a thoughtful, emotionally resonant identity.

Final deliverables included a suite of on-site signage, large-format window vinyls, and a downloadable prospectus for prospective tenants -bringing the brand to life both digitally and physically in a cohesive and considered way.
