Pendula Cashmere

The brief for this customer was to create a brand that would stand them apart form the rest of companies that create top of the line cloth for the luxury suit industry. They also wanted something that was inspired by their surname and time living in Australia. By looking at the seeds of the Pendula tree, which is commonly found in Oz, I created an initial shape, and then developed it into the look of a weave to give the feeling of fabric.

I had all the literature locally screen printed by hand on an extra thick recycled stock that was too heavy to go through a normal press. This created a strong and clean look but also a soft and tactile feel that complemented the 100% Mongolian Cashmere material.
